Our Recruitment Consultant Chris has been with the company for just over a year now and has become a valued member of the JustOT team. Chris had been working in the recruitment industry for 12 years and was a Team Leader in his previous role so he has added a lot of extra knowledge and experience to the team.

We thought we would ask Chris a few questions to help you get to know a little more about him…

What do you enjoy most about working for JustOT? I mostly enjoy the unity of the office, there is a great family vibe which makes you instantly feel comfortable and is a great environment to work in.

What is your career motivation? I’m a very family orientated guy so my main motivation is my family, I work very hard to provide for them.

What is your most memorable moment within your role? Making my first placement, I have developed a great relationship with my candidate and they are still working now.

What has been your most challenging experience in your role? Starting the role from scratch and having to build my candidate database and source my own jobs. However, this did give me a lot more satisfaction once complete.

What do you like to do in your spare time? I love to spend time with my family but I’m also a very sporty person. I love running, I am currently training for the London Marathon which I am very excited about. I also enjoy doing combat sports, boxing and football.

What made you grow your beard? I have a very young face so it’s mainly to look older, however in a previous job I was not allowed to grow a beard and had to be clean shaven so after I left there I decided to grow a beard.
