Personal achievements within the role?
Advocating to clients’ GPs about their needs to help get them the best care
Completing exercise programs beyond the typical OT scope to improve clients’ balance and mobility

What do you enjoy about being a locum?
Flexibility and variety to try any area of OT practice.

Most memorable moment within your career?
Completing a hinged elbow brace as my very first splint in outpatient hand therapy!
