Occupational Therapist
Central London
Hours: full time / 37.5
Salary: Up to 38k DOE

The role will require an individual who can provide the daily operational and clinical OT activities for service delivery at 3 sites across Central London within the MDT.
You will be required to work with senior physiotherapy staff to implement and develop a high quality OT service for these three sites.

Key responsibilities to Include:
To monitor and audit the service and to implement changes in order to improve service quality.
To monitor service activity and revenue.
To be responsible for the operational and clinical management of the occupational Therapy service at the 3 sites.
To prioritise and delegate efficiently
To be professionally and legally accountable for all aspects of own work.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have registration with COT and HPC.
Proven work experience at a senior level in an inpatient setting.
Experience across a broad range of clinical specialities including orthopaedics, general medicine and oncology
Paediatrics and Critical Care would be highly desirable.
NHS experience and/or Private health experience would be desirable.
