This month we are celebrating Trinh from Queensland Australia as our Locum of the Month for her dedication and hard work to her profession as an Occupational Therapist.
Welcoming her back after a short break since December 2015, her recruitment consultant Julie was quick to nominate her for the recognition saying, ‘she is an absolute pleasure to work with’.

Current Locum position? Band 6 Acute and Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist.
Personal achievements within the role?
Working with critical care patients – can be daunting, but rewarding. Building on my French and Arabic language skills (amongst others!), with my culturally diverse patients. Sharing my neuro skills and experiences with the team.
What do you enjoy about being a locum?
The flexibility to travel, meeting lots of different people from all over, and the opportunities to upskill and work in specialist clinical areas.
Most memorable moment within your career?
The moment when my patient was able to hold a hair brush with his affected limb, and brush his hair – he was shocked. It’s a great moment when patients realise their potential
