Special Requirements : HPC registered, experience of working on wards and community to assess and provide rehabilitation for patients who need OT, measure and order for equipment.

The post holder will work as a member of a locality team and will be responsible for providing a community equipment, adaptations, re-housing and rehabilitation occupational therapy service to clients with a physical disability. They may also have conditions including mental health problems, learning disabilities or behavioural disorders which may affect their physical functioning. The post holder will work in line with the agreed objectives of OT Service/Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust and partners.
