work in my Adaptations and Community Equipment (ACE) team
must have experience of working in the community, recommending adaptations in people's homes and provision of equipment
experience of Disabled Facility Grants process would be advantageous. Moving and Handling experience is also required. This is for an immediate start.

Pay Rate: £competitive rates
Full Time/ Flexible hours
3 month contract initially
Essential Requirements: HCPC registration, Social Services Experience
