We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to work within our enablement service.
Job role includes:
- Full functional skills assessment
- Goal setting
- Equipment provision
- Minor adaptations
- Recommendations to enable function
- Package of care recommendations and set up
- Close working with enablement care provider

Essential experience:
- Rehabilitation or enablement/reablement
- Moving and handling

Preferable:
Working with Medequip/TCES and Mosaic
Essential Requirements: HCPC registration, Social Services Experience
