JustOT are recruiting for an experienced Occupational Therapy Assistant , to work with our well-respected client based in Berkshire.

We are looking for an Occupational Therapy Assistant
The post holder will identify the needs of the service users and carers within the context of their own homes and within available resource.
To involve carers in this process and take into account their needs as well as those of the service users' to ensure the best outcomes.
To be responsible for the issue and safe use of Assistive Technology and standard disability equipment, adhering to the appropriate service policies.
To manage a personal caseload including simple major adaptations referrals and standard equipment provision.
Must have 2 to 3 years' experience
You will be required to attend the office two to three times a week.

Hourly rate - £20.00 ph
Location: Slough
Hours & Days to be Worked: full time , Mon to Friday
Working arrangements : Mix of home working and office
Essential Requirements : HCPC registered , 2 years Social Services Experience , Car driver
