JustOT are recruiting for an experienced HCPC registered Occupational Therapist , to work with our well-respected client based in Berkshire

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to -
- Completing complex moving and handling
- Functional assessments - Completing reablement plans and liaising with care agencies
- Reduced care reviews
- DFG referrals for major adaptations
- Minor works referrals and equipment provision

Hourly rate - £36.00 ph
Location: Wokingham
Hours & Days to be Worked: full time , Mon to Friday
Working arrangements : Mix of home working and office
Essential Requirements : HCPC registered , 2 years Social Services Experience , Car driver
