JustOT are recruiting for an experienced HCPC registered Occupational Therapist , to work with our well-respected client based in Wiltshire

We are looking for a Reablement Occupational Therapist -
Our OTs work proactively with customers in their own homes to achieve greater independence, promote their well-being and minimise long-term care needs.
You will conduct strengths-based assessments, and work with customers and their families to design and implement creative reablement plans to enable them to achieve their goals.
We're looking for a qualified OT with at least two years of post-qualification experience.
Holding a valid full UK driver's license is required, as they'll be conducting visits to clients in their own homes or other settings, such as hospitals.

Hourly rate :£35.00 ph
Location: Chippenham
Hours & Days to be Worked: full time , Mon to Friday
Working arrangements : Mix of home working and office
Essential Requirements : HCPC registered , 3 years Social Services Experience , Car driver
