JustOT are recruiting for an experienced Telecare Team Leader , to work with our well-respected client based in South London

We are looking for a telecare team leader
You will oversee a small team of installers and schedulers who are responsible for the implementation of digital devices to our current community telecare users.
The position will be for up to 18 months to ensure an estimated 2500 analogue devices are removed and replaced with a smart digital device.
You will have experience of customer service to vulnerable people and have an aptitude for technology.
You will be self-starting and have excellent organisational skills and be comfortable with leading and coaching staff.

Hourly rate :£25.46 ph
Location: Lewisham
Hours & Days to be Worked: full time , Mon to Friday
Working arrangements : Mix of home working and office
