JustOT are recruiting for an HCPC registered experienced Occupational Therapist, to work with our well-respected client based in Oxfordshire

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to work within our Home First neighbourhood team.

This forms part of the home first hospitals service, focusing on the newly implemented discharge to assess process.
required to travel within North Oxfordshire to complete home assessments
Bedside Assessments at the hospital
Required to come into the office for
occasional meetings but can complete paperwork at home.
Promoting Independence
Supporting people on their reablement journey
Care act assessments
Must have their own transport

Hourly rate :£38.00
Location: Oxfordshire
Hours & Days to be Worked: full time , Mon to Friday
Working arrangements : Mix of home working and office
Essential Requirements : HCPC registered , 3 years Social Services Experience , Car driver
